The spacious apartments (approx. 50 m²) offer comfortable furnishings, a private balcony or terrace, a living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and modern bathrooms. The hotel caters to wellness seekers, golfers, and nature lovers, offering a peaceful yet central location—just a short walk from the Rottal Terme and the town center.

Services include a lovingly prepared breakfast buffet served in the sunny breakfast café with garden terrace, free high-speed Wi-Fi (up to 100 Mbps), complimentary parking, a wellness area ("Wellarium") with sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin, and relaxation room, as well as a free shuttle service to and from Bad Birnbach train station. Guests also benefit from discounted admission to the Rottal Terme and reduced green fees at nearby golf courses.

The "Wellarium" wellness area is available to all guests free of charge. In addition to classic facilities like sauna and steam bath, massages are also offered.
